Prayers for Another
Morning
James 5:16
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
This morning you will focus on another person’s need during prayer. Make sure that you pray specifically for that person by name, outloud and name, outloud the need that they have.
Afternoon
Ephesians 6:18
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Today continue to pray for the same person’s need. Make sure that you continue to focus entirely on their need today. Do not let your mind wander during these times of prayer.
Evening
1 Timothy 2:1
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people
This evening, continue to pray for the need of this person. Pray in a way that uses these elements:
1. Desperate help to this person
That God would move in a way that is supernatural
2. That the person would be able to recognize God moving
3. Thank God for hearing your prayer and acknowledging it.
