At The Bridge Church of the Carolinas, we believe that the call to follow Jesus is a call to live for something greater than ourselves. Our Internship Program exists to train and equip young adults to make disciples and serve the Church with humility, conviction, and purpose. Whether you’re leading children, crafting digital content, discipling students, or working behind the scenes in worship and media, this internship is not about filling a role. it’s about forming a life wholly surrendered to Christ.

This program will be a pathway for students to be stretched, challenged, and transformed by the Gospel while engaging in real ministry. We don’t want interns who are simply looking to build a résumé. We want kingdom-minded men and women who are ready to serve, ready to learn, and ready to give their lives to something eternal. If that’s your heart, we’d be honored to walk with you.
